To Brighton on Boris

A challenge so great that no man has ever attempted before....

100km of pure uphill pain

10 slightly overweight blokes in their 30s

The slowest, heaviest method of transport known to the modern world today.

This can mean only one thing......a London to Brighton Bike ride on Boris bikes!! A challenge only ever attempted by the fittest of athletes on cutting edge bikes that weigh less than Victoria Beckham.

100k of steep hills and other terrifying obstacles (such as Croydon). We have decided to push ourselves (and local traffic) to the limits and attempt this gruelling challenge on a bike made of solid steal with only 3 gears (slow, slower and dead slow).

The challenge took place on Saturday 31st of May, leaving from Regent Street in the early hours and after 5 hours in the saddle the team successfully arrived in Brighton.

The event was a great success raising over £5,650 this enabled the trust to buy a new walker for Lucie which she loves using to play football with her brother.

Thanks to everyone for their fantastic support. A challenge so great that no man has ever attempted before.....
